These Terms govern use of Inspection Day, a property-inspection scheduling and coordination platform.

Scheduling Service

Inspection Day helps real estate professionals coordinate inspection vendors, collect availability, organize schedules, and send transactional communications. Inspection Day is not itself a property inspector and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, licensing, availability, or performance of any vendor.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for entering accurate property, client, vendor, access, and scheduling information and for complying with applicable laws, contracts, professional obligations, and privacy requirements.

SMS Communications

Vendors who affirmatively opt in may receive transactional SMS messages concerning inspection availability, confirmations, changes, reminders, and related scheduling information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No Marketing Requirement

Consent to receive transactional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Inspection AI

Inspection AI summarizes what an inspector wrote in an uploaded report. It can miss items or describe them imperfectly, so always read the full inspection report. Inspection AI is not an inspection and is not legal, engineering, contractor, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing findings before sharing them with a client, and each finding links to the report page it came from so it can be checked.

Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity in your account. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or change plans at any time from Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Users should independently verify critical inspection dates, access arrangements, and appointments.
