Inspection Day vendors may choose whether they want to receive SMS messages for property-inspection scheduling and coordination. SMS participation is completely optional.

You can use Inspection Day without agreeing to SMS. Leaving the SMS box unchecked will not prevent you from using Inspection Day services or participating in inspection scheduling.
